How We Started
A Frustration Turned Into a Company
Emperial Construction started with a simple frustration: too many homeowners were getting vague estimates, rotating crews, and missed deadlines from contractors who treated every job the same way. We built our company around the opposite.
Every project gets a dedicated project manager, in-house trade crews instead of a revolving cast of subcontractors, and pricing that doesn't move once you've signed. Sixteen years and hundreds of projects later, that's still the only way we build.
Today we serve homeowners and businesses across six major Ohio cities, but we've kept the same standards we started with: transparency, craftsmanship, and a job site you'd be comfortable walking your own family through.

Sixteen Years, One Standard
Emperial Construction founded in Columbus, Ohio, with a two-person crew and a single truck.
Expanded into commercial construction and tenant buildouts across Central Ohio.
Reached 200 completed residential and commercial projects, added in-house design coordination.
Built out full-service divisions for roofing, concrete, and custom home construction.
Now 640+ projects completed across Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Akron, and Dayton.
